Southwood School

The grade 3 students in 3CP researched information about Remembrance Day, created poppy art and worked together to organize Southwood Elementary School's Remembrance Day assembly in November.

We also followed the Monarch migration using the Journey North website and planted Milkweed seeds to overwinter in Manitoba.  We hope these seeds will grow to support new Monarch butterflies as they arrive in Manitoba next year.
